Partner Success Manager

The Partner Success Manager reports to the Head of Sales and is accountable for successfully supporting our partners, collaborative efforts to improve our products, and achieving revenue targets.

Your Mission

Drive partner success and revenue growth while reinforcing Jitjatjo’s mission of Human Betterment.

Partner Success- You will be supporting new and existing partners, responding to their needs and questions, with a focus on creating a best-in-class partner experience. This will involve tracking tasks and deliverables, leading partner meetings, and reporting on various metrics to demonstrate the value of the Network product.

Partner Research- Develop a deep understanding of each partner’s business, desired outcomes, and predicted gaps in success.

Partner Engagement- Develop strong relationships with partners. Provide clients with product demonstrations & training on an ongoing basis. Analyze data, identify insights, then prepare and present Quarterly Business Reviews to clients.

Partner Onboarding/Activation- Work closely with partners throughout their journey with Network, from implementation to ongoing engagement and scaling growth.

Partner Support- Work closely with our Support team to ensure partners receive the support they need to achieve their desired outcomes. Provide escalation support for break/fix issues.

Partner Retention- Develop and implement strategies to mitigate churn risk


  • Resident of Israel and legally able to work in Israel
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 5+ years of enterprise client/partner success experience, preferably in HR tech or a staffing/recruitment agency
  • Successful history of delivering revenue growth as well as helping clients/partners achieve their goals
  • Exceptional communication skills, verbal, written, and presentation in both Hebrew and English
  • Knowledge of the staffing/recruitment industry is a plus
  • Willing to work outside traditional business hours
  • Frequent onsite client visits throughout Israel (Haifa)
  • Ability to travel to the United States for training
