HR Coordinator

The HR Coordinator is accountable for supporting our People/HR Operations department and Talent community.

Your Mission

Provide best in class, day-to-day support for all Jitjatjo talent and reinforcing Jitjatjo’s mission of Human Betterment

As a HR Coordinator, you will:

  • Provide support to all payroll related tasks
  • Respond to and route employee questions and concerns
  • Assist with employee relation issues
  • Maintain response standards as set forth in the Payroll SLA’s
  • Monitor all HR Intercom inboxes and inbound phone calls from Talent
  • Pull up unclosed job reports
  • Review ACH returns and update their information in the payroll system
  • Assist with Bank Audit process
  • Resolve any issues regarding payroll related issues and concerns (i.e. request tracing numbers, banking information update, missing payments, payment breakdowns, check mailing, etc)
  • Enter Wage Garnishments
  • Produce Commuter Benefits report


  • 1-2 years experience in customer service, payroll, hr, staffing, or similar transactional business operations. Relevant internship experience can count towards years of experience.
  • Detail-oriented, positive-minded, and quick learning self-starter
  • Success-driven. You're always looking for ways to raise the bar
  • An articulate communicator both written and verbal
  • Analytical mindset and passion for problem-solving
  • Robust communication skills and technical aptitude
  • Ability to listen to Talent and offer solutions to address their needs
