ABOUT THE ROLE

Headquartered in New York and about to launch in Australia, Jitjatjo is a casual-staffing marketplace and workforce management platform that leverages artificial intelligence to instantly and accurately match businesses with vetted hospitality industry professionals.

Our ambition is to transform the way people work to maximise productivity and empower lifestyle choices. With proven success in the US, this is an exciting time for Jitjatjo Australia as we search for ambitious and talented team members to join our team.

Reporting to the Country Manager, You will be responsible for successfully and proactively supporting our clients staffing requirements via Jitjatjo. Your goal is to grow and maintain our Australian client community whilst maintaining our high standards of customer service, satisfaction and success.

Other responsibilities include;

  • Develop a deep understanding of client’s segment, business, desired outcomes and gaps
  • Work closely with your Country Manager & Global Team to ensure clients are set-up for success
  • Ensure clients are active and understand how to Jitjatjo to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Develop strong client relationships by analysing data and sharing insights and Quarterly Reviews
  • Develop and implement strategies to minimise churn.
  • Actively seek referrals from clients to other business units to increase share of their business
  • Prepare and present demand forecasts and predicted demand per client.
  • Ensure the Client Success pipeline and client data in our CRM are updated daily.

ABOUT THE ROLE

With a strong background and proven-track record of nurturing and growing successful client relationships in hospitality, retail, events or similar industries, you will be responsible for supporting clients through the entire client-life-cycle, ensuring they extract as much value from Jitjatjo as possible, through proactive relationship development and reactionary client support.

Target driven, and with experience working in fast-paced, high-growth environments, you will thrive working both autonomously and as part of a team, whilst setting metrics to measure and maintain client health, ensuring Jitjatjo becomes a product integral to each client’s business.

You will be equally laser-focused on our own success, working proactively and collaboratively to improve upon our products, generate new demand and meet/exceed revenue targets..
