ABOUT THE ROLE

Reporting to the Country Manager, You will be responsible for successfully and proactively ensuring shift bookings and fulfillment is ‘humming’ and on-target, whilst ensuring our valued Talent Community are equipped to ‘crush’ every single shift.

Other responsibilities include;

  • Maintaining continuous communication with our Talent Community for everything gig-related, ensuring they always feel seen, heard and supported when working with Jitjatjo
  • Monitoring Talent responsiveness to bookings to maximise supply and fulfillment
  • Fostering engagement amongst active & lapsed Talent through paid, owned and earned media
  • Helping to update & propagate useful tools and services for Talent including Help Centre articles
  • Delighting Talent with proactive nudges that lift spirits and motivate performance
  • Maintaining a thorough understanding of Talent roles we hire for, while developing and managing strategic recruitment plans
  • Staying abreast of recruiting trends and better ways to source and attract quality talent

ABOUT YOU

You will ideally have a background in staffing, recruiting or community management with demonstrated experience showing initiative and a proactive approach, developing and implementing successful people management strategies. You will be target driven, have experience working in a fast-paced environment and enjoy working closely with a team passionate about people, hospitality, human betterment.

As a self-starter with an inquisitive nature, you will also have exceptional communication, interpersonal and presentation skills to enable you to influence and motivate people to reach their potential every single day.
